What we process

When you paste a YouTube URL, TubeMixLab looks up and temporarily stores the video's metadata (title, channel, thumbnail, duration) and downloads its audio to a server so it can be trimmed and exported. Exported MP3 files are held temporarily so you can preview and download them.

What we don't collect

TubeMixLab doesn't require an account, so we don't collect names, emails or payment details to use the tool. We don't sell personal data.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use TubeMixLab (e.g. clicks, scrolling, page navigation and traffic sources), so we can improve the product. These services may set cookies and collect usage data from your browser; they do not collect information that directly identifies you. Server logs

Like most web services, our infrastructure (including our hosting and network providers) may log standard technical information such as IP address and request timestamps for security, rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

Retention

Downloaded source audio, resolved video metadata and exported MP3 files are kept temporarily to make the tool fast and are periodically deleted; they are not retained indefinitely.
